At Pinnacle 1 Tax Advisors, we are always looking for ways to improve how we serve our clients. This year, we introduced a new client portal powered by TaxDome to make communication, document organization, and collaboration easier, more secure, and more efficient.


For many clients, managing tax documents has traditionally meant searching through email attachments, organizing files across different folders, and trying to keep track of requests during a busy tax season. Our new portal was designed to eliminate that friction and create a more streamlined experience for everyone involved.



One Secure Place for All Your Tax Documents


The new client portal provides a single, secure location where you can upload documents, review files, and access important communications from our team.


Instead of sending sensitive tax information through email, documents can now be uploaded directly to the portal, where they remain encrypted and organized. This makes it easier to locate what you need at any time while also ensuring your information is handled with the highest level of security.


For clients with complex financial situations, multiple entities, or several years of records, having everything centralized can make a significant difference in staying organized throughout the year.



Faster Communication and Clearer Requests


Another advantage of the new portal is improved communication between our team and our clients. When we need additional information or documents, you will receive a clear notification through the system, making it easy to see exactly what is required.


Rather than sorting through long email threads, the portal keeps conversations and requests connected directly to your account and your tax work. This helps ensure nothing gets lost and allows our team to move forward with your return or tax planning more efficiently.

Getting Started with the Portal


By now, you should have received an invitation to activate your portal account. If you have not yet created your password, you may still see a notification that your account is pending activation. That is completely normal, and you will continue receiving reminders until your account is set up.


As a first step, we sent a message to your client portal. Please find the notification you received from TaxDome with a button to access the message. Follow the instructions in that message to confirm that you will be working with us again this year.


Once activated, you can access the portal anytime by visiting the [P1 Tax Advisors Client Portal]. We recommend bookmarking the portal or adding it as a shortcut in your browser so it is easy to access whenever you need it.
